National Night Out - Come join National Night Out and engage with the local first responders that serve our community. We have requested presence from Austin Police Department, EMT’s and of course Williamson County Sheriff’s office and their crew and K-9’s. We are hopeful to get to have the big vehicles here again this year. *New this year, we will focus this event on the first responders and their assets to build strong relationships with the community and our first responder community. Come out with your family and enjoy!

Community Wide Garage Sale: Need motivation to finish up your Fall cleaning? Has your stuff stopped sparking joy in your life? Good news! The Avery Ranch Community Wide Garage Sale is Saturday, September 14th from 7a-1p. Be sure to post on your own social media pages and the Nextdoor app and let's drive treasure hunters to cruise the 'hood on Saturday, September 14th!

For items that don’t sell, Habitat for Humanity Restore will be picking up at the MAC on the day of the community garage sale from 1p-3p.

Come enjoy the end of the summer with ARSC! Back to School Dive in Movie Party, Saturday, August 10, 6p-10p. Come out and enjoy some games, music, swimming, food and all around fun at this end of summer event for families! Wilco Constable Vinnie Cherrone and his team will be there to serve popcorn and treats to our residents! We will have a limited amount of food and drinks that are available on a first come, first served basis. When the sun sets, we'll watch Moana on the big screen, so grab your family and floaties (no more than 30" wide) and register today! TICKETS ARE LIMITED.

Avery Ranch Gives Back will be supporting the Wilco Juvenile Services with back to school items such as: backpacks (boys/girls), hand sanitizer, Kleenex boxes, construction paper, Glue Sticks, .scissors (child), socks and underwear of all sizes (please no tighty whities!) and snack items like gold fish, fruit snacks, vienna sausage, etc for Wilco kids in need. Please bring what you can to support this great cause! You can drop your school supplies and backpacks off at the Glenfield Pool Office (14208 Marathon Road) between now and August 9th or bring them to the event on August 10th.

Come out to enjoy food trucks, bounce houses, fireworks and fun at this neighborhood wide celebration. Wristbands will NOT be required for this event.

Avery Ranch Gives Back for this event will support The 100 Club of Central Texas. Their mission is to provide financial support to the Central Texas families of first responders who have been killed or critically injured in the line of duty. 100 Club representatives will be on site at this event collecting donations.

Get COLORED at the ARSC 5th Anniversary International Festival of Colors on Saturday, April 13th from 5p-8p at the MAC Amphitheater - RAIN or SHINE! Sign up today at the link below before it's too late!

5pm - Event kicks off with music, inflatables, food vendors and fun!
5:20pm - Cultural Performances begin
6:05pm - 6:30pm - Color Packet Distribution (wristbands required)
6:35pm - get ready to get COLORED at the amphitheater with color rocket launches and dance party with DJ Ash rocking the house until 8pm!

Come early to enjoy all the performances and the fun. Look for the ARSC canopy to pick up wristbands if you aren't able to register and pick them up at the HOA Management office (M-F 9a-5p) 14208 Marathon Road, Austin, TX (Glenfield Pool Complex). Be sure to pre-register and bring your drivers license for wristband pick up.

**Wear light colored clothing that you don't mind getting stained (sometimes the colors don't always wash out well). Those with asthma or respiratory issues take special care, as color powder will be thrown during this event.

Avery Ranch Gives Back is supporting HIll Country Ministries. 
They will bring their truck to the event so Avery Ranch can pack it full. Please bring non perishable food pantry items like canned meats, canned vegetables, canned fruits, rice, pasta, beans, cereal, canned soups or personal care items like soap, laundry detergent, toilet tissue and toothpaste. Let's work together to support our surrounding community!
