Avery Ranch Holiday Decorating Contest
Calling all holiday decorating gurus! Have you channeled your inner Clark Griswold? Is your yard filled with lights, inflatables or holiday magic? Then you should enter the Avery Ranch Holiday Yard Decorating Contest!
If you would like your home to be entered into the Avery Ranch Holiday Yard Decorating Contest, please fill out this form no later than 5p on 12/8/2023. All entries will be judged by a panel of Avery Ranch Board of Directors or Social Committee Members. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for the “Best Overall” display to the top 3 recipients in each section.
Notes: 1.) If you are in a Sub-association, please refer to your governing documents or contact your management company to confirm that you can participate in the Decorating Contest. 2.) Account must be in good standing to enter: Current on HOA dues/ No open violations.
1st place: $100 Gift Card, 2nd place: $75 Gift Card, 3rd place: $50 Gift Card
Judging will take place on December 12th, 13th & 14th from 6-9 pm. Winners will be announced on December 18, 2023!
