Avery Ranch Halloween Decorating Contest
Calling all decorating goblins and creative ghouls! Is your yard filled with terrifying tombstones, spooky spiders, or petrifying pumpkins? Then you should enter the Avery Ranch Halloween Yard Decorating Contest! If you would like your home to be entered into the Avery Ranch Halloween Yard Decorating Contest, please fill out and submit this form no later than 12 pm (Noon) CT on 10/17/2025. All entries will be judged by a panel of Avery Ranch residents. Avery Ranch will be divided into sections, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for the “Best Overall” display to the top 3 recipients in each section.
NOTE: The account must be in good standing with the HOA ($0 balance and no open violations) in order to participate in the contest.
Judging will take place on October 21st, 22nd, & 23rd from 7pm-10pm, so please make sure your displays are lit by 6:30pm that week.
If you are in a Sub-association, please refer to your governing documents or contact your management company to confirm that you can participate in the Decorating Contest.
1st place: $100 Gift Card, 2nd place: $75 Gift Card, 3rd place: $50 Gift Card
