2015 AR Hawaiian Luau

The luau fun will be here soon so save the date and start looking for your Hawaiian shirts, dresses and grass skirts. There will be great food and dancing along with a Karaoke contest with prizes.

Music will be provided by Livewire Music Express. RSVP’s are required and space will be limited so RSVP early. This event will be BYOB and NO GLASS is ALLOWED at the pool area. Plastic cups and set-ups (soda, juice and ice) will be provided.

The Granite Shoals pool area will be used exclusively for this event, so the pool will be CLOSED for other resident activities during this period.

This is an adult only event. Look for updates on the HOA website,
A RSVP is required to ensure we have plenty of great food.

Call for AROA BOD Appointments

The AROA Board of Directors now has two open seats. Seat 2 expires in 2016 and Seat 6 expires in 2017 (General elections held in Aug/Sept depending on availability). If you are interested in being appointed to one of the open seats, please send an email requesting a questionnaire be sent to you for consideration from the board. The board will review all questionnaires and decide the best candidate (per Texas Property Code Sec. 209.00593). Requests for a questionnaire can be sent to khrismire@averyranchhoa.com

New key fob readers for amenity centers

Three of our amenity centers should have the new key fob readers installed by FRIDAY:

Granite Shoals, Glenfield, & Waters Edge

These areas should have the readers installed by MONDAY:

MAC amenity center including the back gate by the basketball court (currently not accessible) and the Tennis Courts.

Calling all Avery Ranchers!
Come celebrate tennis coming to Avery Ranch! Avery Ranch Tennis Club (ARTC) is hosting a spring celebration to hopefully bring in some beautiful weather for our growing tennis program! On March 29 from 3pm-5pm, ARTC will have refreshments along with fun games and demonstrations on the courts with Coach Jayne! Come see how the program is growing and talk to adults and children who have already been taking lessons. We look forward to sharing the the excitement and enthusiasm has been outstanding so far and we hope to make this new program even greater for Avery Ranch!

Avery Ranch Festival of Colors

Festival of Colors is an exuberant festival, complete with food, music, bollywood dance, henna application, and throwing of organic colored powders. It will be held at the amphitheater at the MAC Common Grounds, Saturday April 18, 2015 from 5-8pm.

An RSVP and Avery Ranch residency/homeowner verification is required to reserve your color packets. Non-resident guests are limited to 5 people per household.  Henna will be applied on first come basis and while supplies lasts.

If non-resident guests are in your party, a donation is appreciated.
